Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Shenzhen Funvol Electronics Co., Ltd.
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for earphones and headphones, purchased from Shenzhen Funvol Electronics Co., Ltd (the “Physical Goods”).

If you have any problems with your order, please contact support@funvol.com or info@funvol.com as soon as possible. We will try our best to solve the problem.

All faulty products can be replaced or repaired within 90 days from delivery date(including working days and holidays). In this case, customers need to get authorization first for replacement or maintenance. Kindly contact support@funvol.com to process in first time.

Note:

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

1) Out of warranty;

2) Damage caused by failure to use or maintain the product as required by the Manual;

3) Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, soldering or other tampering;

4) Damage caused by exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures or other extreme environmental conditions;

5) Damage caused by force majeure (such as fire, flood, war, earthquake, snowstorm, etc.);

6) Other damages not caused by design, technology, manufacturing or quality problems of the product itself.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Shenzhen Funvol Electronics Co., Ltd will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

Shenzhen Funvol Electronics Co., Ltd will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Shenzhen Funvol Electronics Co., Ltd is 180 days from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

● conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
