Payment Methods

Funvol provides three kinds of payment methods.

1. PayPal & PayPal CREDIT

The main Payment method is PayPal. If you have PayPal, that is great. You can simply place order and check out with few steps. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can register it and pay by credit card.

2. Bank Transfer

It usually takes 2-5 working days to receive your payment.

Leaving your order ID when you transfer money and sending a copy of bank receipt to our customer service (store@dfrobot.com), will help to release your order soon.

Please pay high attention that our bank account holder name is “Zhiwei Robotics Corp.”, you can copy this bank account name directly and do not add any other words into it, such as DFRobot etc.; otherwise, we cannot receive your money.

3. Credit Card/DEBIT CARD

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Note:

1. Only applicable for orders below $500;

2. Sorry to say that due to credit card provider’s restriction, some countries can not pay by credit card, including Belize, Costa Rica, EI Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Bolivia, Brazil, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Sranan, Uruguay, The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Mexico, Cuba, Haiti, Dominican, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Grenada, Saint Lucia, Bahamas, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Antigua and Barbuda, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Philippines, Vietnam, The Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Cambodia, Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, India, Timor-Leste.

AFTER MAKING A PAYMENT,CAN I CHANGE MY BILLING OR SHIPPING INFORMATION?

Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information. If you want to make a change, please contact our Customer Service Department at support@funvol.com as soon as possible during the order processing stage to indicate your request. If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

Once your payment has been received, we will send you a notification email to inform you about the order. You can also visit Funvol.com and log into your customer account to check the order status at any time. If Funvol has received payment, the order status will show “Processing”.

DO YOU PROVIDE AN INVOICE?

Yes. Once we have received an order and payment has been cleared, the invoice will be sent to you via email.

WHY AM I BEING ASKED TO “VERIFY” MY PAYMENT?

For your protection, your order is being processed by Funvol’s payment verification team, this is a standard procedure to make sure all transactions made on Funvol are authorized and your future purchases will be processed in top priority.
